These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the bx999 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and support channels offered at bx999.io and its associated subdomains (collectively, "the Platform").

bx999 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on bx999. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. bx999 accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and wallet PIN.
